Submit Claim

Objections must be filed with the Court no later than August 11, 2025. A copy of your objection also must be mailed to the Settlement Administrator, postmarked no later than August 11, 2025.

Objection Deadline

Settlement Class Members may exclude themselves or “opt-out” of the Settlement by submitting a Request for Exclusion to the Settlement Administrator postmarked no later than August 11, 2025.

Opt-Out Deadline

If you submit a Claim Form by U.S. mail, the completed and signed Claim Form must be postmarked by September 9, 2025. If submitting a Claim Form online, you must do so by September 9, 2025. 

Claims Deadline

A Final Approval Hearing shall be held on September 2, 2025 at 2:00 PM ET, at 210 Franklin Road, SW, Roanoke, VA 24011.

Defendants deny the allegations and all liability or wrongdoing with respect to any and all facts and claims alleged in the lawsuit but has agreed to a Settlement to avoid the costs and risks associated with continuing this case.  </li><li>You are included in this Settlement if you are a Settlement Class Member. A Settlement Class Member is an individual who resides in the United States and whom Defendants identified as having data at issue in the Security Incident.  </li><li style="text-align:justify;">As a Settlement Class Member, your rights are affected whether you act or don’t act.
